Therapeutic Foam Mattresses

Medline’s TheraTech pressure redistribution mattresses have the features that your facility needs to address the challenges of pressure ulcer prevention. Within the tri-layered design, all of the TheraTech mattresses feature independent load bearing cells, which allow the mattress to completely conform to the contours of the body, greatly reducing interface pressures and natural shear forces.

TheraTech mattresses are recommended for High Risk through multiple stage II patients.

OR Table and Stretcher Pads

Medline's OR table and stretcher pads help ensure optimal pressure redistribution before surgery (while being transported to the operating room), during surgery (while on the OR table) and after surgery (while being transported to the post-operative unit).

All of our pads have three therapeutic layers that work together to provide excellent pressure redistribution. In addition to our extensive selection of standard sizes, we can custom-make pads to fit any OR table or stretcher. Contact your Medline sales representative for more information.

Heel Protection

The heels are the most common site for facility-acquired pressure ulcers in long-term acute care facilities, and the second most common site for pressure ulcers overall.1

According to clinical experts, the most effective pressure ulcer prevention for the heels is pressure relief, also known as off-loading.1,2

Medline offers top of the line heel protection devices that are designed to significantly reduce pressure, friction, and shear by elevating heels. These devices are excellent to implement as part of your comprehensive skin management program.
