Eye Bank Association of America Selects Medline as Preferred Supply Partner for Medical and Surgical Products
Deal Expected to Deliver Significant Savings and Efficiencies to EBAA Members
Mundelein, Ill., November 5, 2014 — The Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA), a professional and scientific non-profit organization representing more than 80 eye banks around the world, has entered into an agreement with Medline Industries, Inc. to extend its Medical Supply Purchasing Program to EBAA’s members. This affiliation makes Medline the association’s preferred medical and surgical products provider. The three-year partnership is anticipated to save EBAA-member eye banks hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical and surgical supply costs over the term of the agreement.

Medline will also deliver cost savings and efficiencies by driving product standardization and utilization solutions, as well as providing enhanced reporting capabilities to help facilities better monitor and control costs.
