Medline Named One of the Nation’s Best Companies to Work For

Medline is one of only 101 companies in country named to prestigious list

Medline Industries, Inc. announced today that it has been named to the "National 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™" list. Medline was selected based on the company’s "exceptional human resources practices and impressive commitment to its employees" from more than 500 companies throughout the country.

The company’s free, on-site fitness center; fast-paced entrepreneurial culture; and commitment to the community were among the many reasons Medline was selected to receive this prestigious award. Medline was also evaluated on a number of key measures, including compensation and benefits; employee engagement initiatives; training and development; recognition efforts; diversity; work-life balance and community initiatives.

In addition to this recent recognition, Medline has been recognized by the Chicago Tribune as a "Top Workplace" and was honored by the Family Business Center at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business as the 2012 Illinois Large Family Business of the Year.
