How Does PluroGel Work?

PluroGel gel matrix contains micelles. A micelle’s hydrophilic surface bonds with water, allowing for quick movement within the water-based emulsion. Exudate and wound debris is absorbed within the hydrophobic core, allowing for easy removal at dressing change.

PluroGel’s unique micelle gel matrix maintains moisture in the wound and controls fluid loss, helping to protect healthy tissue and to soften wound debris.
