Medline’s sales force is one of the company’s greatest assets. They are a window to our marketplace and help steer the future of our business. Every day, sales reps deliver on Medline’s mission, providing quality medical products to our customers to improve patient care and the quality of peoples’ lives.

Our sales representatives are people-oriented and have the ability to build lasting relationships. They are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit and can work autonomously.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years outside sales or account management experience required (medical sales helpful, but not required)
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales required
  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota achievement
  • Ability to present multiple product lines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree
