Entry Level Rotation Program

What a great place to get started. This program gives you the opportunity to explore working in different divisions across the company to get a taste for our functional areas where your skills fit best.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Supervisor in Training Program

Looking to become a warehouse supervisor? This rotational program in our Distribution and Warehouse division helps train and develop our future warehouse management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to relocate to open positions across the country

Associate Product Manager Program

Our college recruits get a fast pass to product management in this development and rotation program. You train at Medline’s Customer Service Center in Dubuque, Iowa for three months and then return to corporate headquarters in Mundelein, IL to rotate as an associate product manager within our product divisions with ultimate placement in a permanent role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Exceptional ability to deliver presentations to both small and large groups
  • Strong internship experience in a marketing capacity

Operations Engineer Development Program

This is a rotational program to develop a team responsible for continuous improvement in our manufacturing and distribution supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
  • At least one year of previous business experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
