Medline Management Program

The management program is focused on helping employees develop management and leadership skills. Employees are nominated by their managers to attend.

Program Details:

  • The program is 10 weeks over a period of four months.
  • Taught by internal and external experts.
  • Participants are given various assessments to help them develop an awareness of their own skills and abilities.
  • Teams work on company-wide projects that can have an impact across business units.

Mentor Program

Mentor Program

The MentorMatch program connects high-potential new employees with senior leaders at Medline. Participants are nominated by managers or identified through the Talent Planning Process.

Program Details:

  • Focus on development, learning and career growth.
  • Participants are expected to set goals and meet with their mentors regularly to ensure progress.
  • Mentor/mentee learning and networking events are scheduled throughout the year.

Entry Level Rotation Program

Entry Level Rotation Program

Medline’s corporate entry level rotation program allows participants to experience multiple divisions before ultimately deciding on a career path.

Program Details:

  • Rotational assignments span across all company divisions.
  • Participant receives broad and valuable experience.
  • Program provides exposure to daily business operations at a top-performing company.
